Business is also a sport.
Early on, I had the opportunity to lead teams as a coach and work in sports management within some of the country's most commercially ambitious ventures. We also hade international ambitions which really was great.
Our initiatives were successful—and the lessons learned were many. It was during this time that my passion for both business and sports was born.

I was recruited into the corporate world as a management consultant. After more than 25 years in various consulting firms, working on both national and international assignments, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience. Over the past 25 years as a consultant, I have worked on numerous growth and profitability projects, executive and leadership development programs, as well as initiatives to improve performance, partnership and results.

For the past few years, I’ve chosen to work independently, in close collaboration with a select group of carefully chosen partners. We support both the business and sports sectors through our services, with the goal of creating new opportunities to achieve extraordinary results.
Our track record shows that most can reach entirely new levels of performance—if they are willing to challenge their current way of working.
